About

Ozone Falls plunges 110 feet over a sandstone cap rock into a deep, rock-strewn pool framed by a stunning natural rock amphitheater carved by millennia of wind, water, and erosion. One of Tennessee's most visited state natural areas, the site sits just minutes off I-40 via the Crab Orchard exit. Short hiking trails lead to the waterfall's overhang, plunge pool, and cliff overlooks above the gorge. Admission is free and the area is open sunrise to sunset.
